About us

Our Story

Over the years, Phil and Dana Pinyan have been involved in various areas of community outreach with local churches. In October 2019, the Lord gave them a vision to start a non-profit, faith-based organization called The Bridge Ministry. The Bridge Ministry was officially established in April 2020.

Our Vision

Our desire is to support and conduct domestic and foreign mission projects, host evangelistic activities, and provide disaster relief aid and other humanitarian services. We want lives to be truly transformed as we build Kingdom connections within local communities.

Statement of faith

We believe the Holy Bible is the inspired and only infallible and authoritative written Word of God. (2 Timothy 3:16-17; Hebrews 4:12; I Peter 1:23-25; 2 Peter 1:19-21)

We believe there is one God, eternally existent in three Persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost. (Genesis 1:26; Matthew 28:19; )

We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His bodily future return to this earth in power and glory to rule a thousand years.(John 1:1,14, 20:28; 1Timothy 3:16; Isaiah 9:6; Philippians 2:5-6; 1Timothy 2:5).

We believe the only means of being cleansed from sin is through repentance and faith in the precious blood of Christ. (Acts 4:12, Romans 4:1-9 & 5:1-11; Ephesians 1:3-15)

We believe regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential for personal salvation. (Titus 2:11; 3:5-7; Rom. 10:13-15; Luke 24:47).

We believe the redemptive work of Christ on the cross provides healing of the human body in answer to believing prayer. (Matthew 8:16–17)

We believe the baptism in the Holy Spirit, according to Acts 2:4, is given to believers who ask for it.

We believe in the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a holy life. (Heb. 12:14; 1 Pet. 1:15, 16; 1 Thess. 5:23, 24; 1 John 2:6).

We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost, the one to everlasting life and the other to everlasting damnation. (1 Thess. 4:16; Rom. 6:23; Titus 2:13; 1 Cor. 15:51,52).

We believe in Baptism by immersion in water (Matthew 28:19) or (Acts 2:38) and it shall be administered to all those who have repented of their sins and who have believed on the Lord Jesus Christ to the saving of their souls, and who give clear evidence of their salvation. (Rom. 6:3-5; Col. 2:12.)

We believe in the Ordinance of the Lord’s Supper and it shall be observed regularly as enjoined by the Scriptures. (Luke 22:19, 20; I Cor. 11:23-26.)

We believe in the sanctity of marriage as created and instituted by God between one man and one woman. (Genesis 2:24; Matthew 19:4-6)
